3. Service Fees and Charges

All services are subject to fees, which will be communicated in advance. Fees must be settled prior to or at the time of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Informational Products

LebensLex Kanzlei may offer digital guides, templates, and courses tailored to pensioner legal needs ('Informational Products'). Access to Informational Products is granted upon fee settlement. Delivery is immediate, and no physical shipment is involved.

5. Physical Goods

Occasionally, we may provide printed manuals or legal forms ('Goods'). Shipping and handling fees apply. Risk passes to you upon dispatch.

6. Refund Policy

a. Services: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance incur a 50% charge, and no refunds are available within 24 hours of service commencement. In exceptional cases, we may allow rescheduling at no extra cost.

b. Informational Products: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, submit a request through our contact form or call +41765350874. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel within 14 days of approval.

c. Physical Goods: You may send back unopened Goods within 14 days of receipt. Send-back shipping is your responsibility. Goods must be in original condition. Upon inspection, we will process a refund within 14 days. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel.

d. Non-Refundable Items: Custom legal documents or representation work that has commenced with your express approval is non-refundable due to the tailored nature of the service. We reserve the right to limit refunds if services have been substantially performed.

7. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a service at no additional fee if done at least 48 hours before the original date. Requests made later may incur a fee or be declined.

8. Amendments

LebensLex Kanzlei reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be posted at lebenslex.com and become effective upon posting.
